Please note:  For all events listed below the following conditions apply:

• BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL. A minimum 3 days notice and 50% deposit is required at time of booking. 24 hour notice of cancellation required, if under 24 hours notice of cancellation then deposit is forfeited
• Minimum number of 10 drivers required
• Participants must be a minimum 16 years of age. Under 18s must have waiver form signed by parent/guardian
• Drivers must arrive 30 minutes prior to booking time in order to complete paperwork and attend drivers brief
• Dress requirements must be adhered to by all drivers, apparel for loan if required (workboots are not disirable)
• Darwin Kart Hire operates a strict no drug and no alcohol policy, Alcoholic beverages are available for non drivers and drivers once completed their driving. NO BYO
